Questions people ask us
Where are you, and do you come to me?
We work from a dedicated studio in Spring Gully, on the south side of Bendigo. You drop the vehicle to us. Doing it indoors is deliberate — ceramic coatings and paint correction need clean, controlled conditions to be done properly. For fleets and large farm machinery we can arrange on-site work.
What does Envoke and Angelwax certified actually mean?
Both brands run installer accreditation programs. Being certified means we've been trained and approved to install their professional-only coatings to spec, which is what unlocks the full manufacturer durability rating and backing. Envoke Pro Coat+ (the 7-year graphene coating) is sold exclusively to certified installers — it isn't available over the counter — and Angelwax's Coating Promise only applies when a Certified Installer does the work.
How much does a ceramic coating cost?
It depends on the vehicle's size, paint condition (how much correction it needs) and the coating package. We give fixed quotes once we know those three things — call or use the form and we'll come back quickly.
How far do people travel to you?
Our customers come from all over Greater Bendigo and the towns around it — Marong, Heathcote, Elmore, Castlemaine, Lake Eppalock. For a multi-year ceramic coating, an hour's drive to a certified studio is a small part of the decision.
Do you do fleet and farm work?
Yes. Scheduled fleet programs for trucks and work vehicles, machinery detailing for clearing sales and trade-ins, and biosecurity wash-downs — at the studio, or on-site by arrangement for fleets and large machinery.
