About DJM Detailing

DJM Detailing is a locally owned detailing studio in Spring Gully, serving Bendigo and the surrounding Central Victorian towns. We started the way most detailers do — with a passion for making vehicles look better than new — and built the business around the services that make the biggest difference for owners here: ceramic coating and paint protection, done to a certified standard.

Ceramic coating is our main focus because it's the service that keeps paying the customer back. A corrected, coated car looks better every single day for years, washes in half the time and holds its value. But a coating is only ever as good as the prep underneath it and the hands applying it, which is why we invested in formal certification with two professional coating brands rather than buying a bottle and calling ourselves specialists.

The rest of what we do grew from what people around here actually drive and own: 4WDs and utes that see dust and bore water, caravans and boats that cop a full summer of UV, trucks that are someone's livelihood, and farm machinery that has to look its best for a clearing sale. We've built up the gear and the know-how for all of it — gelcoat compounding, aluminium mirror polishing, mould remediation, fleet schedules — so you don't need to find three different people.

We work from a studio rather than a van because the results are better. Coatings go on dust-free and cure indoors at a stable temperature. Paint correction happens under proper lighting that shows every defect. And nothing depends on the weather. For fleets and machinery that genuinely can't be moved, we can arrange to come to you.
